At Gig Grips we hate small print and believe that customer service and product quality are everything. The following policies show how we deal with Privacy, Delivery and Refunds. Any questions please contact us. Using our website and ordering goods means you agree with these policies.
REFUND POLICY: Our Refund policy is simple. If you are not completely delighted then contact us for a replacement or refund. Gig Grips are meant to be replaced periodically so won't last forever. It depends on how much and how heavy your playing sessions are. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DELIVERY POLICY: We will dispatch your order by post from the most appropriate warehouse. Within the UK, USA and Western Europe you can typically expect delivery within 7 working days but please allow 21 days to allow for delays in the postal system. International orders may take a little longer. In order to reduce our carbon footprint we may remove the retail outer packaging prior to shipping. Shipping is free and to enable us to achieve this we use regular First Class post. This does mean that we do not track shipments. You must inform us of non-delivery if your shipment does not arrive within 21 days as this probably means it has got lost in the post. If you would like a tracked delivery at extra cost then please ask.
PRIVACY POLICY:We do not disclose your personal information to any other person or organisation except when we may disclose personal information to our employees and companies acting as data processors on our behalf. In addition we may disclose information if required to do so by law. We keep automatic logs of usage by all users including the IP (Internet Protocol) address from which a user session was conducted. We may use this information to assist in improving the nature and quality of the service we offer. Most web sites recall information about their users through the use of cookies. We currently do not use Cookies but reserve the right to use them in order to improve your web browsing experience on our website. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) during a purchase, this is handled by our payment processors (currently PayPal).
