Our Terms - the boring bit:

At Gig Grips we hate small print and believe that customer service and product quality are everything. Customers should always contact us first with any issues to do with the product or delivery. We want you to be satisfied with our products and services. The following policies show how we deal with Privacy, Delivery and Refunds. Any questions please contact us. Using our website and ordering goods means you agree with these policies.

REFUND POLICY: Our Refund policy is simple. If you are not completely delighted then contact us for a replacement or refund. Gig Grips are meant to be replaced periodically so won't last forever. It depends on how much and how heavy your playing sessions are. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of ordering, or seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned. You must return the goods in unopened condition. Email us for shipping details.

DELIVERY POLICY: We will dispatch your order by post from the most appropriate warehouse. Within the UK, USA and Western Europe you can typically expect delivery within 7 working days but please allow 28 days to allow for delays in the postal system. In order to reduce our carbon footprint we may remove the retail outer packaging prior to shipping. Shipping charges are added based on your location and will show on the checkout pages. If you have an urgent order, email us before ordering to arrange priority delivery at additional cost.

NON-DELIVERY: Contact us if you have not received your order in 14 days so that we can check. Remember if you ordered through PayPal less than 21 days ago, don't raise a 'Dispute' with them as this is only applicable if we fail to deliver within our stated 28 days policy. We will replace any missing order or provide a refund.
